I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor, Mental Health Service Provider (LPC-MHSP), Board Certified Clinical Trauma Specialist, and Certified Anger Management Specialist with over 10 years of experience working with individuals, couples, and groups.
My path to becoming a therapist began unexpectedly. I originally studied music at Middle Tennessee State University, but after taking a psychology course, I found my true calling, helping people understand themselves, heal, and grow. That decision led me to earn both my Master’s and Doctorate in Counseling and Psychology from Trevecca Nazarene University.

I’m passionate about lifelong learning and have taught as an adjunct professor at Trevecca University, Johnson University, and Argosy University. I regularly pursue advanced training in EMDR, CBT, CPT, and other approaches so I can offer the most effective, research-based care possible.
